We understand that clarity leads to confidence. Explore our FAQs to learn more about Taxora’s services, processes, and the results you can expect from working with our team.
Q: Who do you work with?
We specialize in high-earning immigrants and business owners from Central Asia andEastern Europe — including professionals and founders from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, and neighboring countries. Most of our clients have household income of $150,000–$500,000+, run a business (LLC, S-Corp, C- Corp), own property or investments back home, or work across multiple U.S. states. We’re also happy to work with any U.S. taxpayer whose situation fits our expertise in cross-border and business taxation.
Q: What languages do you speak?
We’re fluent in Russian and English, and can also help you in Kazakh and Uzbek. Many of our clients speak Kazakh, Uzbek, or Ukrainian at home. We understand the cultural background and can have the conversation in the language and style that feels most natural and comfortable for you.
Q: How much does it cost?
For individuals, our packages start at $750 (Express) and go up to $1,500 (Professional Plus), depending on complexity. Most clients with W-2 income and a side business choose Professional ($1200) or Professional Plus ($1,500). For business owners who need both personal and entity returns prepared together, our Executive package starts at $3,800. We offer an initial consultation to review your situation and help you pick the right package. Beginning in 2026, the consultation is $199, and that fee is fully credited toward your package if you decide to work with us. Every engagement is quoted as a clear, fixed fee before we start.
Q: Do you handle FBAR and foreign account reporting?
Yes. Many of our clients have bank or brokerage accounts in their home countries. We prepare FBAR filings and Form 8938 (FATCA) as part of our services.
Q: What happens during the consultation?
Whether you’re an individual or a business owner, the consultation is where we map out your situation and match you to the right service. We review your current tax position (income sources, states, foreign accounts, business structure, prior returns).
•We explain where the risks and opportunities are — in plain language.
•We recommend the package (or combination) that fits you best and quote a fixed fee.

Q: Do you handle FBAR and foreign account reporting?
Yes, we offer FBAR and foreign account reporting as an additional service for clients who need it. We regularly work with clients who have bank, brokerage, or retirement accounts in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Ukraine, and other countries. We prepare FBAR (FinCEN Form 114) , Form 8938 (FATCA), and related international forms where required, and we typically include this work in our Professional and up and higher level business engagements.
Q: Do you work with businesses? What returns do you prepare?
Yes. We prepare U.S. business tax returns for:
•C-Corporations – Form 1120
•S-Corporations – Form 1120S
•Partnerships / multimember LLCs – Form 1065
When it makes sense, we also coordinate the owner’s personal Form 1040 so business and personal taxes work together instead of against each other (for example, through our Growth + Personal bundle).
Q: How do I sign documents and pay?
Everything is handled electronically. You’ll receive an engagement letter via secure e-signature, pay your deposit online by card or ACH, and then use our client portal to upload documents and track progress.
Q: What is the client portal?
The client portal is a secure online space where you:
•Upload tax documents
•Review and sign forms
•Exchange messages with us
•See what’s pending and what’s completed
It keeps everything organized in one place instead of scattered across email and WhatsApp.
Q: How long does it take?
Turnaround depends on your package and when we receive all requested documents:
- Express: 7 business days
- Professional: 10 business days
- Professional Plus: 12 business days
- Executive: 14 business days, with priority response (next business day) and year-round Q&A access
Most returns are fully completed and filed within 1–2 weeks after we have all information and your signed engagement letter. Very complex cross-border or multi-year cleanup projects may take longer, and we’ll set clear expectations upfront.
